Burriana-Nerja -Beach-Drop-Off Trip
Hello All!
Finally our long overdue updated posting on what we’ve been up to at Costa Boat Trips during the winter months whilst preparing for the coming 2019 summer season. Well, we’ve certainly been very busy doing a complete rebuild of our web site from scratch. Also our beautiful 7 metre Italian boat has been out of the water for the past three months for cleaning and general maintenance.
The boat is now back at La Caleta Marina and the first trip of the 2019 season was the Burriana-Nerja-Beach-Drop Off trip on March 17.
Heading East…… out of the La Caleta Marina with some amazing sightseeing along the way whilst keeping an eye out for the dolphins of course meanwhile providing complimentary fresh made sandwiches, cold beer, soft drinks and Cava to all on-board.
Dolphins can often be seen along the Axarqúia coast as we pass by Torrox and the amazing Balcony of Europa with its stunning views looking far out over the Mediterranean.
We then cruised further along the coast arriving at the fabulous waterfalls at Maro after passing by Burriana Beach/Nerja before arriving at Maro waterfalls. From there we doubled back on ourselves for the disembarkation directly on to Burriana beach of our wonderful Dutch family and their children.
There they all went ashore in order celebrate their Mother’s birthday at a wonderful on-the-beach Chiringuito for lunch.
We said good-bye to our Dutch family at the Burriana beach boat drop off point and headed back to the La Caleta marina leaving the family behind to enjoy the rest of the day and their fabulous lunch after their exhilarating 3 hour trip. We are sure they must have had a mighty good appetite after all that wonderful sea air.
A great day out was had by all.
Note. This is the first time we’ve done a Burriana beach drop-off like this and as it was such a great success and a wonderful trip we have decided to make this trip a regular feature and part of Costa Boat Trips program.
